QSchool Sports LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company doing business as “Accelerate Golf™” (hereafter, “QSchool”, “we”, “our” and/or “us”), is a technology company that provides a cloud-based point-of-sale (POS) and retail management platform for golf shops, pro shops and golf courses, which it markets and promotes under the trademark and trade name “Accelerate Golf™”. The platform covers sales and card payments, inventory, gift cards, customer accounts, store and promo credit, and reporting. This Privacy Policy describes how we use and disclose the Personal Information you provide to us or that we collect when you use our websites, mobile applications, software, platforms and services (“Services”). Before providing Personal Information to us, please review this Privacy Policy carefully.

Note to Facebook® and Other Social Media Users

When visiting our Facebook® page or other page on social media websites, and when posting information to or otherwise communicating via that page, your activities online are subject to the Privacy Policy of that social media website, which may contain terms and conditions different from Accelerate Golf™’s Privacy Policy. What This Privacy Policy Covers

This policy covers how Accelerate Golf™ treats personal data that Accelerate Golf™ collects and receives, including information related to any products and services available on this Website. Personal data is defined as information about you that is personally identifiable, such as your name, mailing address, email address, or other contact information, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

This policy does not apply to the practices of advertisers or other companies that Accelerate Golf™ does not own or control or to people that Accelerate Golf™ does not employ or manage.

References to “data” in this Privacy Policy will refer to whatever data you use within our products and services to collect and or process, whether it is data collected in a form, data inserted on a site hosted by us, or data acquired on your behalf from sources internal or external to your organization.

References to “GDPR” in this Privacy Policy refer to the General Data Protection Regulation adopted by the Parliament of the European Union and published as Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation), which became effective on May 25, 2018. This policy does not apply to non-personal data − data in a form that does not permit direct association with any specific individual. We may collect, use, transfer, and disclose non-personal data for any lawful purpose.

This Privacy Policy is effective on October 8, 2026 or the date upon which you enter into an agreement for one or more of Accelerate Golf™’s products and services, whichever is later.

Data in the Accelerate Golf™ Point of Sale

Golf shops, pro shops and golf courses (each a “Business”) use the Accelerate Golf™ point of sale to record sales, manage inventory, and keep customer accounts. A customer account can hold a customer’s name, contact details, purchase history, gift cards, and store and promo credit balances.

This data is controlled by both the Business and Accelerate Golf™. The Business decides which customer information to collect and how it uses that information in its shop. Accelerate Golf™ decides how the platform stores, secures and processes that information to provide the Services, and handles it as described in this Privacy Policy. Each Business is also responsible for its own use of the data under its own privacy practices.

If you are a customer of a Business and want to access, correct or delete your information, you may contact the Business directly or email us at support@accelerategolf.com, and we will work with the Business to respond.

Information Collection and Use

You can generally visit our Website without revealing any personal data about yourself.

Accelerate Golf™ collects personal data when you purchase a product from Accelerate Golf™, when you use any of Accelerate Golf™’s online services, when you respond to any of Accelerate Golf™’s online surveys and questionnaires, and when you enter Accelerate Golf™ promotions, discounts or special offer codes.

When you register we ask for information such as your name, address, email address, telephone number, zip code, username and other contact information. Once you register with Accelerate Golf™, you are not anonymous to us.

Accelerate Golf™ collects information about your transactions with us and with some of our business partners and affiliates, including information about your use of the products and services that we offer.

Accelerate Golf™ may automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, Accelerate Golf™ cookie information, and the page you request.

Accelerate Golf™ uses information for the following general purposes: to customize our website, advertising and content; to fulfill your requests for products and services; to improve our services and customer relations; to contact you; and to conduct research.

Accelerate Golf™ and/or our selected third-party partners may also collect data about visitors’ activities on this Website and across the Internet over time for non-advertising purposes, including to conduct analytics, measure trends, and streamline website usability. The technologies used for this purpose may include log files, cookies, web beacons, and social media plug-ins. One of the service providers we may use is Google Analytics. Accelerate Golf™ does not knowingly collect or obtain from you or third parties, any “Sensitive Personal Data,” as defined under the GDPR. “Sensitive Personal Data” are personal data, revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership; data concerning health or sex life and sexual orientation; genetic data or biometric data.

Minors

Accelerate Golf™’s products and services are designed for golf businesses and their customers, and are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. A parent or guardian who believes their child under 13 has provided us with personal information may contact us using the details below.

Text messages Opt-In and Opt-Out

By providing your phone number during the registration process, you agree to receive text messages from Accelerate Golf™. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt-out by texting STOP at any time.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Accelerate Golf™ does not sell, rent, or share personal data about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide services that you have requested, when we have your permission, and under the following circumstances:

We provide the information to trusted partners and affiliates who work on behalf of or with Accelerate Golf™. These companies may use your personal data to help Accelerate Golf™ communicate with you about offers from Accelerate Golf™ and our marketing partners and affiliates. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information;

We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or to defend against legal claims;

We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Accelerate Golf™’s Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law;

Accelerate Golf™ may display targeted advertisements based on personal data. Advertisers (including ad serving companies) may assume that people who interact with, view, or click on targeted ads meet the targeting criteria.

Accelerate Golf™ will not provide any personal data to the advertiser when you interact with or view a targeted ad. However, by interacting with or viewing an ad you are consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the ad.

We will transfer information about you to our successors and assigns if Accelerate Golf™ is acquired by or merged with another company, or if Accelerate Golf™ sells all or substantially all of its assets to another company, or if a controlling interest in Accelerate Golf™ is transferred or sold to another company. In this event, Accelerate Golf™ will notify you before more information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Payment Processing by Stripe

Card payments taken through the Accelerate Golf™ point of sale, and online purchases such as gift cards, are processed by Stripe, Inc. Each Business connects its own Stripe account. Card numbers are sent directly to Stripe and are not stored by Accelerate Golf™. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy, available at https://stripe.com/privacy.

Cookies

Accelerate Golf™ may use cookies and other tracking technologies (including from Google and Facebook) to keep, and sometimes track, information about you on the Service. Cookies are small data files that are sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Cookies track where you travel on the Services and what you view. In doing so, a cookie may enable us to relate your use of the Services to your Personal Information.

Accelerate Golf™ may let other companies that show advertisements on some of our pages set and access their cookies on your computer. Other companies’ use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one. Advertisers or other companies do not have access to Accelerate Golf™’s cookies.

We use information gathered from these tracking technologies so that we can analyze trends, administer the Services, track users’ movements around the Services, and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may combine information we obtain through tracking technologies with other Personal Information that we have collected about you in order to make our Services, communications and advertisements more targeted to your interests.

Please note that the Service is not presently configured to respond to DNT or “do not track” signals from web browsers or mobile devices. As such, Accelerate Golf™ does not recognize or respond to Do Not Track requests. Our website does honor the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal: if your browser sends it, we treat it as a rejection of analytics cookies and do not set them.

When you first visit the Accelerate Golf™ website, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Analytics cookies, including those set by Google Analytics, are set only if you click Accept. If you click Reject, they are not set, and you can still use the whole website. We store your choice in a single cookie for 12 months, so the banner does not ask again on every visit. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page; withdrawing consent deletes the analytics cookies.

Your Rights

You have the right to access the information that Accelerate Golf™ maintains about you, request deletion of your data, update your data, object to processing of your personal data, ask us to restrict processing of your personal data or request portability of your personal data, and to correct or amend that information if it is inaccurate or has been processed in violation of privacy laws, to the extent allowed by law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

If we have collected and processed your personal data with your consent, then you can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal data conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

You have the right to opt-out from our marketing communications at any time. You can exercise this right by clicking on the “unsubscribe” or “opt-out” link in the marketing emails we send you. You can choose to have Accelerate Golf™ delete your record after account cancellation. Some information may remain archived in our system records after your account has been deleted.

We respond to all requests we receive from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

We limit access to personal data about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.

We have physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect personal data about you.

Your Accelerate Golf™ account information is password-protected.

In certain areas Accelerate Golf™ uses industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect sensitive data transmissions.

Accelerate Golf™ encourages our clients to use SSH and SCP (secure Telnet and FTP) programs in order to better safeguard customer data.

Legal Basis For Processing (European Union and Switzerland Visitors Only)

If you are a visitor from the European Union (EU) and Switzerland, our legal basis for collecting and processing the information described above will depend on the information concerned and the specific context in which we collect and process it. We collect and process information from you only where we have your consent (Art. 6 para 1 lit. a) GDPR), where we need the information to provide our contractual obligation to you (Art. 6 para 1 lit. b) GDPR), or where we have a legitimate interest to do so.

International Transfers

Accelerate Golf™ operates its technology from servers located in the United States and the information it collects through clients is processed solely in the United States. Laws governing the collection and use of data in the United States may not be equivalent to those in the country where you reside, but Accelerate Golf™ will at all times protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Accelerate Golf™ may share your information with our affiliates and other third parties described above who are based in countries outside of your country of residence. While some countries may not have data protection laws that are equivalent to those of the country in which you reside, we will take all reasonable measures to protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and all applicable legal requirements.

If any of the recipients is located in a country without the adequate legal protection or safeguards for personal data, Accelerate Golf™ will make reasonable efforts so the recipient adopts the principles described in this Privacy Policy.

Transfers from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland

This Privacy Policy is intended to comply with the GDPR, the UK GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. Where we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland to the United States, we rely on a transfer mechanism recognized under those laws, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified under it. For Nevada Customers

Chapter 603A of the Nevada Revised Statutes permits a Nevada consumer to direct an operator of an Internet website or online service to refrain from making any sale of any covered information the operator has collected or will collect about that consumer. Accelerate Golf™ does not sell covered information. You may still submit a request pursuant to this directive by emailing us at support@accelerategolf.com. We will provide further information about how we verify the authenticity of the request and your identity.

For California Customers

For individuals who are California residents, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”), requires certain disclosures about the categories of personal information we collect and how we use it, the categories of sources from whom we collect personal information, and the third parties with whom we share it. California “Shine the Light” Act

The California “Shine the Light” Act, section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, requires a business with whom a California resident has an established business relationship to disclose to such residents, upon their request: (1) the types of personal data the business shares with third parties for the third party’s marketing purposes, and (2) the identities of the third parties with whom the business has shared this information during the immediately preceding calendar year. Right to request access to your personal information

California residents have the right to request that we disclose what categories of personal information we collect, use, or sell about you. You may also request the specific pieces of personal information that we have collected about you. However, we may withhold some information where the risk to you, your personal information, or our business is too great to disclose the information.

You may also request that we delete any personal information that we have collected from or about you. However, if you ask us to delete it, you may no longer be able to access or use our Services. Accelerate Golf™ does not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, so there is no use of it to limit. If that changes, this section will describe how to exercise this right.

How to exercise your California privacy rights

California residents may exercise their California privacy rights by submitting your request by email at support@accelerategolf.com.

For security purposes, we may request additional information from you to verify your identity when you request to exercise your California privacy rights. This information will be used solely to verify your identity in connection with your request and will not be retained.

Once you submit a request to (1) access the categories of personal information we have about you or (2) obtain a copy of specific pieces of personal information we have about you, we will verify your identity by matching the information provided in your request with information we may have in our system. Upon successfully verifying your identity, we will provide you with your requested information in a secure, password-protected format. If we are unable to verify your identity, we will notify you.

Once you submit a request to delete personal information we have collected from you, we will verify your identity by matching the information provided in your request with information we may have in our system. Upon successfully verifying your identity and confirming whether we have a right or obligation to maintain the information, we will delete your personal information and inform you once the deletion is complete. If we are unable to verify your identity, we will notify you.

Sale of Personal Information

For purposes of the CCPA, Accelerate Golf™ does not “sell” your personal information.

Non-Discrimination Rights

California residents have the right to not be discriminated against for exercising their rights as described in this section. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.
